Spacious 3 bedroom villa in gated development. Well-equipped kitchen & large dining/lounge area. Stunning ocean view, especially during sunsets. Clean swimming pool, although unheated. Helpful owners and local property manager. Good communication throughout. Close to shops and restaurants in village.

The house is spacious and well-equipped with a large outdoor area, a massive pool, and a breathtaking ocean view. The location offers scenic views during the drive to Funchal, which is only 30-40 minutes away. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night.
Felt completely at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

This place had breathtaking ocean views and a large sun terrace, perfect for enjoying sunsets and star gazing. the house itself was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a family stay. the owners were friendly and helpful, providing excellent directions and answering all our questions. the location was great, with shops and a supermarket nearby, and convenient parking. It was a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
The cleanliness could have been better, with some spider webs and dust in corners of the house.

Fantastic property with beautiful views and a private pool. the kitchen facilities were good and there was a spacious lounge area. the owner and manager were very helpful and friendly. It was great to have a large outdoor space to relax in and the village nearby had some good places to eat and drink.
We experienced a few issues during our stay. there was no hot water for three days due to a problem with the solar water heater.
